Working with new people in a team is always an adventure. In the beginning, you're stepping into the unknown — you're not familiar with their personalities, strengths, weaknesses, or even the things that frustrate them. It’s a bit like navigating uncharted waters. But if you want the project to succeed, it’s crucial to build strong relationships with your teammates. This means learning how to compromise and finding common ground, even when it’s tough. At the same time, if you truly believe in your solution, don’t be afraid to advocate for it. Explain why you think your idea could elevate the project to the next level, while remaining open to feedback and discussion. Balancing collaboration with conviction is key to driving the team forward.
